1. Purpose of Data Collection

Your personal information (such as full name, contact details, passport information, and payment details) is collected solely for:

• Processing your booking
• Securing travel arrangements and related services
• Communicating important updates regarding your trip

We do not collect any unnecessary information.

2. Confidentiality Commitment

All personal data you provide will be treated as strictly confidential. We will not share, disclose, or sell your information to any third parties except:

• Service providers directly involved in delivering your travel package (e.g., hotels, transport companies, guides) , and
• When required by Georgian law or border/security authorities.

3. Payment Security

Your payment is processed through a secure, encrypted platform. We do not store or have access to your full credit/debit card details.

4. Data Storage & Retention

We store only the information necessary to deliver our services and meet legal requirements. Your data is retained for the minimum period required by Georgian law and is safely deleted thereafter.

5. Your Rights

As an international customer, you retain the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data (where legally possible)
• Withdraw consent for non-essential use

By completing the payment process, you confirm that you have read and agree to these confidentiality terms and that all information you provide is accurate.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

7.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Refund eligibility is based on the number of days before the start of your travel services:

• More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund (minus bank/payment processing fees).
• 15–30 days before arrival: 50% refund.
• Less than 14 days before arrival: No refund (100% cancellation fee).

Note: Hotels, flights, activities, and other third-party services may have stricter policies. In such cases, the stricter rule applies.

7.2 Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable after confirmation:

• Flight tickets
• Non-refundable hotel reservations
• Last-minute bookings (made within 48 hours of arrival)
• Visa/insurance services (if applicable)

7.3 Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days and returned to the same payment method used for the original transaction. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.

7.4 No-Show Policy

If you fail to arrive or use the booked services without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
